I have been a REALTOR for the past 19 years and love assisting my clients with Real Estate whether buying or selling.  Pierce County Real Estate is at a rising rate and demand for the rural living. Being part of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service I have access to all Real Estate in the Puget Sound.  Whether you are a first time home buyer or would like a Luxury William E. Stephanie brings her wide-ranging experience together with her understanding and empathy for her clients to help them navigate the often-confusing process required to purchase or sell a home,  she stays current on the latest trends, issues and regulations.  This insures the advice and counsel she shares with her clients is accurate and up to date.  Stephanie is a full-time and full-service Realtor who personally delivers services directly to her clients, not relying on assistants or third parties who don’t have the expertise or high level of personal commitment she holds herself to.

Selling a home can be a daunting task.  Stephanie consults with her clients from the initial stages as they prepare, through the marketing, negotiating, and closing of the transaction, all the way through moving and settling into their new home. By answering questions and explaining each step in advance, Stephanie’s clients are empowered and have the confidence to make informed decisions throughout the process.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, and Tacoma/Pierce County Association of Realtors. I have earned the designations of GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist 55 in age), e-Certified (Online Internet Training) CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) . I served on the Yakima Association of Realtors on the Board of Directors- 6 years, Grievance Committee, Public Relations Committee, Professional Standards. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family taking in the great outdoors that we are blessed with just a couple of hours any direction and you will be in nature's paradise.
